PAK/TEEM also offers a complete range of services from engineering and design through installation and startup to make sure your industrial central vacuum cleaning system works as intended with a minimum of maintenance.

BOX-STYLE HOSE TRAP - Our hose trap effectively captures nuts, bolts, tools and other hard objects that can damage vital CVC equipment such as the rotary valve in the filter/receiver. Installed at the inlet valve of each use point, the screen in the hose trap prevents potentially harmful debris from entering the CVC tubing network and equipment, thereby minimizing plugging and preventing equipment damage. The trap is conveniently inspected through a large view port and opens easily to allow removal of harmful debris.
VACUUM MEASUREMENT TOOL KIT - This device is useful for measuring airflow of the CVC system at each inlet valve to keep it operating at peak efficiency and to assist in troubleshooting. The kit works with CVC systems that have 1"or 1-½" diameter inlet valves and consists of an orifice that plugs into the valve, MagnahelicTM pressure gauge (0-150" w.g.), tubing, and an air flow/static pressure conversion chart. The chart can be provided with altitude compensation for systems that are located at higher altitudes..
